I wanted to like it, but it gets sweaty way faster than I expected. Really kind of disappointing

The fabric does feel soft when you touch it, so I’ll give it credit for that, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a little more luxurious or special. It’s not bad by any means, and it’s comfortable enough, but it didn’t really wow me the way I thought it might. If it had been a bit cheaper, I probably would’ve felt better about it, but as it is, it just feels okay rather than amazing.

My delivery never came, and I couldn’t get a clear update on what was going on. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were trying to make it seem like it was somehow my fault instead of helping me figure it out. Really frustrating experience

I wanted to like Organic Basics, but it just didn’t do much for me. The whole look feels way too plain, and not in a cool minimal way. Most of the pieces looked kind of shapeless on me, and the colors felt duller in person than they did online.

For the price, I expected the fit to be better or for the clothes to have at least a little more personality. Instead, everything felt a bit unfinished, like basics without the flattering part. I know some people like that super simple style, but for me it was mostly disappointing

I ordered the wrong size and tried to do an exchange, but the whole process ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and somehow I still ended up paying more in the end. Maybe it’s fine if you’re 100% sure about your size and don’t need any help, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t order again.

The box showed up crushed, and everything inside felt like it was just tossed in with barely any protection. On top of that, the thing kind of works when it wants to, which is really frustrating. Not the best experience overall...

The quality is good and the basics are definitely comfy, so I do like wearing them. Shipping was fine too, nothing really to complain about there. I also like what the brand is trying to do, but for the price, I expected a little more. I’m not sure the value is fully there for me. Did anyone else feel the same way?

I do like the feel and fit of the pieces I bought from Organic Basics. They’re soft, comfortable, and the styles are easy to wear. But the washing side has been more annoying than I expected.

I followed the care instructions closely — cold wash, no dryer, the whole thing — and one of the shirts still started looking a bit misshaped after just a few washes. It’s not ruined or anything, but it definitely doesn’t look as crisp as it did at first. When I looked into it, the general vibe felt a bit like I was being talked down to, like it must be my fault for not treating a basic shirt like some delicate luxury item.

For the price, I really thought they’d hold up better to normal laundry. I still wear them, and they’re not bad by any means, but I expected a little less fuss and a bit more durability. Three stars feels fair.

I ended up having to follow up again and felt a bit passed around instead of actually helped. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, I expected better support.

I bought a couple of these shirts hoping they’d make daily wear a little easier, especially on busy days when I already feel mentally drained. Unfortunately, the odor control just didn’t work for me. After half a day, they already started smelling sweaty, which was disappointing.

I washed them exactly like the instructions said, but it kept happening. For the price, I expected a lot better. I was really hoping these would be one less thing to worry about, but I won’t be buying them again...

It’s kind of frustrating. Every time I find something I actually want... sold out. Different days, same thing. I get excited, click on it, and then nope. Not available.

I like the idea behind the brand, but using the website was kind of frustrating. Pages seemed to take a few seconds longer than I expected to load, and figuring out sizes or using the filters took more effort than it should’ve. I ordered my usual size from Organic Basics, but the fit was a mess. The top was super tight in the arms and somehow loose around the body, and the leggings felt too short with a weird waist fit. I even checked the size guide first, so I have no idea what went wrong. Seems like brands never get sizing right anymore, especially when the stuff costs this much. Now I have to deal with returns, which is always a hassle.
